VidCon is the biggest event in the world for video creators, and Twitter was one of the main sponsors. Our mission for this partnership was to generate awareness for the Twitter video tool. The tool is popular among top Twitter video makers, generating millions of views and helping some clips go viral, like the “Optimistic Dance Challenge.” We partnered with video-maker influencers and asked them them to generate exclusive video content during the VidCon week. They were also part of our ads inside the event. We used the hashtag #VideoOfTheDay as a way to inspire other video creators who were not yet using the Twitter tool.
